Elles mettent en place de grands programmes de transformation RH et s\u2019appuient sur des outils num\u00e9riques d\u2019un genre nouveau qui permettent de digitaliser l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur RH. Qualifi\u00e9e par Le Bolzer (2018) dans <em>Les Echos<\/em> de \u201csoif d\u2019innovation\u201d, cette ferveur des RH et du management est nourrie par la myriade d\u2019innovations des 600 startups qui composent la RHTech fran\u00e7aise. Parmi la multitude de solutions disponibles sur le march\u00e9, citons par exemple le coaching virtuel qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation d\u2019un questionnaire de personnalit\u00e9, permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer les <em>soft skills<\/em> des collaborateurs et de proposer des parcours professionnels personnalis\u00e9s. Dans le domaine du recrutement, citons \u00e9galement l\u2019<em>affective computing<\/em> qui \u00e9value le potentiel d\u2019un candidat en analysant les mouvements de son faci\u00e8s et la composition de son discours lors d\u2019un entretien d\u2019embauche enregistr\u00e9 face cam\u00e9ra.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, cet exceptionnel engouement est contrebalanc\u00e9 par des perspectives plus sombres. En effet, \u00e0 en croire les pr\u00e9dictions RH 2020 de Gartner, avec l\u2019intelligence artificielle les organisations \u00e9voluent dans un \u201cchamp de mines\u201d, ce qui laisse entrevoir de nombreux scandales relatifs \u00e0 des outils digitaux RH manquant d\u2019\u00e9thique.<\/p>\n<p>Vu la remarquable prolif\u00e9ration de ces outils et les nombreuses questions manag\u00e9riales que leur impl\u00e9mentation soul\u00e8ve, il est n\u00e9cessaire de s\u2019interroger sur la mani\u00e8re dont les entreprises appr\u00e9hendent les risques humains et les enjeux \u00e9thiques qui leur sont li\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re non exhaustive, voici quelques-unes des questions auxquelles cet appel \u00e0 contribution s\u2019efforcera de r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quelles tensions humaines sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019utilisation des innovations digitales RH&#160;? Quels dommages collat\u00e9raux entra\u00eenent-elles \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des collaborateurs&#160;? Dans quelle mesure pourraient-elles \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es&#160;?<\/li>\n<li>Quel est l\u2019id\u00e9al de management qui est incarn\u00e9 par ces outils&#160;?\u00a0 Comment celui-ci est-il align\u00e9 avec la politique sociale de l\u2019organisation&#160;? Comment combler un \u00e9ventuel \u00e9cart d\u2019alignement&#160;?<\/li>\n<li>Comment les entreprises prennent-elles en compte les questions relatives aux risques humains et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique dans la conduite de projets d\u2019innovations digitales RH&#160;? Pour quelles raisons ces questions seraient-elles potentiellement n\u00e9glig\u00e9es&#160;? Quels leviers organisationnels les \u00e9quipes projet pourraient-elles actionner afin d\u2019aborder convenablement ces questions&#160;?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Conditions de soumission<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre des r\u00e9ponses apport\u00e9es, nous attendons \u00e9galement des propositions concr\u00e8tes et illustr\u00e9es de leviers de mise en \u0153uvre op\u00e9rationnelle. S\u2019adressant \u00e0 la fois aux chercheurs et aux praticiens, Management &amp; Data Science souhaite en effet particuli\u00e8rement mettre l\u2019accent sur les implications manag\u00e9riales des questions trait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les propositions valid\u00e9es par le comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9daction seront publi\u00e9es dans les 48h qui suivent le d\u00e9p\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>Les propositions (article scientifique, \u00e9tude de cas, avis d&rsquo;expert) sont courtes (entre 1000 et 2000 mots). L\u2019ensemble des formats de r\u00e9ponses ci-dessous sont accept\u00e9s. Compte tenu de la situation exceptionnelle les propositions d\u2019articles scientifiques seront relues par un seul \u00e9valuateur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La deadline est fix\u00e9e au vendredi 18 d\u00e9cembre 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les propositions peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9es sous la forme d\u2019une vid\u00e9o (jpeg ou mp4) d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes (maximum) qui pr\u00e9sente l\u2019\u00e9tude et ses r\u00e9sultats. La pr\u00e9sentation peut \u00eatre faite face cam\u00e9ra ou via un logiciel d\u2019animation (Animaker, Powtoon, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>La publication de ce num\u00e9ro est coordonn\u00e9e par Agathe Fonsagrives, r\u00e9dactrice en chef adjointe de la revue scientifique Management &amp;
