class=\"columns large-8\">\n<div class=\"zn-singledetail-contentbox\">\n<div class=\"zn-singledetail-annonce wig-content\">\n<p>Les Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD), adopt\u00e9s par les Nations Unies en 2015 et \u00e9galement connus sous le nom d&#8217;\u00a0\u00bbobjectifs mondiaux&#160;\u00bb, jouent un r\u00f4le central dans l&rsquo;Agenda 2030, un programme universel ax\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable. Ces ODD englobent un ensemble de probl\u00e9matiques, allant de la pr\u00e9servation de l&rsquo;environnement \u00e0 la gestion des ressources naturelles, en passant par la lutte contre la pauvret\u00e9, la promotion de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et de la paix, la stimulation de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019agriculture et l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation (ODD 4). L&rsquo;Objectif de D\u00e9veloppement Durable num\u00e9ro 10 (ODD 10) se concentre sp\u00e9cifiquement sur la promotion de l&rsquo;autonomie et de l&rsquo;inclusion sociale, \u00e9conomique et politique de l&rsquo;ensemble de la population, en \u00e9liminant toute forme de discrimination (UN General Assembly, 2015).<br \/>\nEn parall\u00e8le, l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie de mouvements migratoires depuis le d\u00e9but du conflit en Syrie en 2014. Ces situations sont souvent qualifi\u00e9es de \u00ab&#160;crises migratoires&#160;\u00bb, un terme qui souligne les lacunes des politiques d&rsquo;accueil des \u00c9tats concern\u00e9s (Calabrese et al., 2022). De plus, la pand\u00e9mie a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 la digitalisation des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s tout en renfor\u00e7ant les disparit\u00e9s internationales, notamment en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;utilisation des technologies num\u00e9riques et les apprentissages (Remond et Quenan, 2023). Bien que les technologies offrent des opportunit\u00e9s innovantes pour l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, elles comportent \u00e9galement des risques d&rsquo;exclusion, en particulier pour les populations isol\u00e9es (Plantard, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais a mis en place en 2020 une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;inclusion num\u00e9rique destin\u00e9e aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, en collaboration avec la D\u00e9l\u00e9gation interminist\u00e9rielle \u00e0 l&rsquo;accueil et \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s (Diair). Cette initiative avait pour but de comprendre comment les populations d\u00e9plac\u00e9es utilisent les outils num\u00e9riques et de faciliter leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces ressources (Diair, 2020). Une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation aupr\u00e8s de plus de 450 r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et 437 aidants a ainsi mis en \u00e9vidence les besoins en formation pour favoriser une meilleure int\u00e9gration sociale. Les r\u00e9sultats indiquent l\u2019impact de la non-ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais dans l\u2019appr\u00e9hension des outils num\u00e9riques. L\u2019apprentissage de la langue devient ainsi interd\u00e9pendant d\u2019une litt\u00e9ratie num\u00e9rique d\u2019autant plus cruciale que les d\u00e9marches administratives se d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisent. Dans ce contexte, la m\u00e9diation num\u00e9rique appara\u00eet comme un enjeu dans l\u2019accompagnement des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s (Vermeulin, Giner, 2021).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;appel \u00e0 communication vise \u00e0 explorer le potentiel de la technologie pour favoriser l&rsquo;inclusion des populations d\u00e9plac\u00e9es tout en reconnaissant les limites des outils dans un cadre plus global. Les propositions pourront se concentrer sur des approches r\u00e9flexives et critiques des innovations dans une perspective p\u00e9dagogique, didactique et communicationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, elles pourront examiner l&rsquo;utilisation de la robotique, de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle ou de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle pour l&rsquo;apprentissage du fran\u00e7ais langue \u00e9trang\u00e8re (FLE), ainsi que l&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements mobiles ou de ressources \u00e9ducatives libres (REL) pour s&rsquo;adapter aux contraintes locales. Au-del\u00e0 du FLE, les cultures linguistiques des populations d\u00e9plac\u00e9es peuvent entrer en conflit avec les conventions du syst\u00e8me du fran\u00e7ais&#160;: le num\u00e9rique peut-il favoriser la compr\u00e9hension de syst\u00e8mes linguistiques diff\u00e9rents et de quelle mani\u00e8re&#160;?
