entre les mains de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat pour mettre en \u0153uvre. Son objectif principal est d&rsquo;atteindre l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat public. Le service public a une relation directe avec les citoyens. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait l\u2019objet du droit administratif et de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat en particulier. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, m\u00eame l&rsquo;\u00e9cole d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 publique en France a d\u00e9fini l&rsquo;\u00c9tat comme un ensemble de cellules d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 publique.<br \/>\nLes services publics sont divis\u00e9s en fonction de leur activit\u00e9 en trois types de base&#160;: les services publics \u00e9conomiques (tels que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de transport et de communication, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de distribution d&rsquo;eau et de gaz, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de poste&#8230;), les \u00e9quipements professionnels et syndicaux (li\u00e9s \u00e0 la professions lib\u00e9rales,syndicats,&#8230; ) et enfin les services publics administratifs (rattachement S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u00e9fense, culture, sant\u00e9, justice&#8230;), qui, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar des diverses institutions et organisations des pays du monde entier, connaissent une transformation num\u00e9rique des services qu&rsquo;ils fournissent dans des proportions variables. La r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique a conduit Depuis le d\u00e9but de la premi\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie du XXIe si\u00e8cle un changement progressive du quotidien des citoyens , tout est devenu plus simple et plus rapide dans la plupart des secteurs, ce qui a fait na\u00eetre des nouvelles attentes pour les citoyens&#160;; Le secteur public n&rsquo;a pas d\u00e9rog\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle , car le citoyen-consommateur tr\u00e8s r\u00e9seaut\u00e9 est devenu exigeant , qui r\u00e9clame de plus en plus , des services publics num\u00e9riques au sein d&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience innovante comme celles propos\u00e9es par les marques priv\u00e9es.<br \/>\nDans ce contexte, le monde sous la mar\u00e9e num\u00e9rique a vu l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de ce qu&rsquo;on appelle \u00ab&#160;l&rsquo;\u00e8re du client&#160;\u00bb, ou \u00ab&#160;Customer Age&#160;\u00bb. L\u2019enjeu auquel sont confront\u00e9s les services publics de toute nature est de comprendre les nouvelles attentes de ces derniers d&rsquo;une part, et d&rsquo;autre part, d&rsquo;adapter leurs strat\u00e9gies afin d&rsquo;apporter le meilleur service \u00e0 ce client \/utilisateur citoyen \u00e0 travers le m\u00e9dium num\u00e9rique et d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience Simple, fluide et personnelle qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un climat de confiance.<br \/>\nAinsi, les principaux projets de transformation des services publics &#8211; administratifs reposent notamment &#8211; Sur la volont\u00e9 d&rsquo; activer leurs lien avec le citoyen en rendant leurs offres \u00ab&#160;&#8211; c&rsquo;est-\u00e0- dire les services qu&rsquo;il rendent&#160;\u00bb &#8211; plus modernes , interactives et accessibles , ainsi que plus centr\u00e9es sur la \u00ab&#160;demande num\u00e9rique&#160;\u00bb qui exprime les besoins des citoyens&#160;; L&rsquo; enjeu de cette transformation est clair&#160;: r\u00e9ussir la transition vers un service public intelligent, num\u00e9rique et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 tout en offrant une exp\u00e9rience fluide et simple aux usagers et en renfor\u00e7ant le lien de confiance entre les citoyens et les services publics administratifs&#160;; Cela ne sera possible qu&rsquo;en adoptant des strat\u00e9gies et des approches modernes qui combinent la pens\u00e9e marketing avec la confidentialit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;espace num\u00e9rique gr\u00e2ce au marketing num\u00e9rique pour le service public. Ce m\u00e9canisme, qui d\u00e9signe la cr\u00e9ation et la diffusion de contenus li\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs services par les services publics administratifs \u00e0 travers les canaux m\u00e9diatiques num\u00e9riques (sites Internet, pages d\u2019accueil, r\u00e9seaux sociaux, e-mails, applications mobiles) et la promotion de ces contenus selon diff\u00e9rentes strat\u00e9gies, que le citoyen num\u00e9rique occupe le premier plan de l&rsquo;attention , tout cela pour atteindre les plus hauts niveaux d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9.
