Delphine Edy et Andr\u00e9 Petitjean.<\/p>\n<p>Intitul\u00e9e \u00ab&#160;Th\u00e9\u00e2tre contemporain&#160;: \u00c9critures et Repr\u00e9sentations&#160;\u00bb, cette nouvelle livraison de\u00a0<em>Pratiques<\/em>\u00a0fait suite aux cinq volumes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents que la revue a consacr\u00e9s au th\u00e9\u00e2tre et sera suivie par un prochain num\u00e9ro portant sur l\u2019enseignement du th\u00e9\u00e2tre. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la ligne \u00e9ditoriale pluridisciplinaire de la revue, ce pr\u00e9sent num\u00e9ro entend mettre en d\u00e9bat des approches plurielles d\u2019un m\u00eame objet dans sa double dimension de pratique litt\u00e9raire et d\u2019art de la sc\u00e8ne. La premi\u00e8re partie, intitul\u00e9e \u00ab&#160;Des \u00e9critures dramatiques contemporaines&#160;: entre linguistique, stylistique, po\u00e9tique, dramaturgie et ethnocritique&#160;\u00bb se veut essentiellement \u00e9pist\u00e9mologique au sens o\u00f9 elle a l\u2019ambition de confronter des disciplines qui contribuent \u00e0 la connaissance des textes dramatiques. N\u2019ayant pas l\u2019intention d\u2019unifier des paradigmes th\u00e9oriques diff\u00e9rents ni de les int\u00e9grer dans un m\u00e9ta-cadre commun, nous assumons le fait d\u2019avoir op\u00e9r\u00e9 des choix en forme de prolongement de nos recherches ant\u00e9rieures (essentiellement linguistique et stylistique) mais aussi d\u2019ouverture \u00e0 d\u2019autres modes d\u2019investigation, en particulier po\u00e9tique, dramaturgique et ethnocritique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette m\u00eame premi\u00e8re partie, une place a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9e \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes particuli\u00e8res consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de langue (la ponctuation), \u00e0 des analyses de l\u2019idiolecte d\u2019un auteur contemporain (Lagarce) ou \u00e0 quelques aspects du th\u00e9\u00e2tre de jeunesse contemporain. Avec la seconde partie (\u00ab&#160;Le r\u00e9el en question sur la sc\u00e8ne contemporaine europ\u00e9enne&#160;\u00bb), on s\u2019arr\u00eate sur les rapports entre le texte et la sc\u00e8ne, mais \u00e9galement sur les concepts de \u00ab&#160;repr\u00e9sentation&#160;\u00bb et de \u00ab&#160;pr\u00e9sentation&#160;\u00bb. En effet, le th\u00e9\u00e2tre prend aujourd\u2019hui bien d\u2019autres formes que celle de la repr\u00e9sentation sc\u00e9nique d\u2019une action fictive soutenue par un texte dramatique. Cela tient au fait qu\u2019il n\u2019a de cesse d\u2019int\u00e9grer les nouveaux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de la performance si bien que l\u2019on rencontre dans les salles de th\u00e9\u00e2tre des formes de plus en plus hybrides associant diverses pratiques et de nombreux m\u00e9dias. C\u2019est pourquoi il \u00e9tait important de commencer par un article qui, adoptant un point de vue historique et \u00e9pist\u00e9mologique, probl\u00e9matise la notion m\u00eame de mise en sc\u00e8ne. Suite \u00e0 quoi, sous la forme d\u2019un \u00ab&#160;Dossier&#160;\u00bb puis d\u2019 \u00ab&#160;Entretiens&#160;\u00bb, sont r\u00e9unis des articles qui ont en commun d\u2019interroger ces th\u00e9\u00e2tres, fran\u00e7ais et europ\u00e9ens, qui invitent des t\u00e9moins d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9els \u00e0 relater ce qu\u2019ils ont v\u00e9cu ou d\u2019\u00e9critures de plateau qui entrem\u00ealent parties documentaires r\u00e9elles ou autobiographiques \u00e0 de la fiction.
