<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Banks, John Caldwell et Bridget Conor<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ont propos\u00e9 \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 de chercheur.es venu.es de diff\u00e9rentes <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">disciplines d\u2019entamer une discussion autour du concept de \u00ab&#160;culture de production&#160;\u00bb <em>(<\/em><\/span><em><span dir=\"ltr\">Production Culture<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"ltr\"><em>)<\/em>. Les <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">professionnel.les du cin\u00e9ma sont per\u00e7u.es comme des \u00ab&#160;acteurs culturels&#160;\u00bb (200<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">9, 2) qui fa\u00e7onnent par leurs <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">actions et leurs discours la culture de leur milieu. Cette approche privil\u00e9gie donc une attention aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s v\u00e9cues <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#160;\u00bb (2009, 4) et un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les recherches ancr\u00e9es dans des \u00e9tudes de cas cibl\u00e9es (2016, x). Le contexte <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">institutionnel reste un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de compr\u00e9hension de ces r\u00e9alit\u00e9s car la culture de production existe dans une <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">tension \u00ab&#160;entre l\u2019agentivit\u00e9 des individus et les conditions sociales dans lesquelles s\u2019inscrit cette agentivit\u00e9&#160;\u00bb (2016, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">x).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Au c\u0153ur de ce travai<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">l se trouvent deux interrogations&#160;: Comment les acteur.rices des m\u00e9dias se repr\u00e9sentent<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">iels iels<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">m\u00eames&#160;? Comment les chercheur.es parlent<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">iels de ces \u00ab&#160;repr\u00e9sentations vari\u00e9es et contest\u00e9es&#160;\u00bb (2009, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">4). La culture de production est donc une construction c<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ulturelle, une \u00ab&#160;communaut\u00e9 imagin\u00e9e&#160;\u00bb (Anderson 1983) <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">cr\u00e9\u00e9e par ses acteur.rices dans un contexte d\u2019enjeux de pouvoir. Si <\/span><em><span dir=\"ltr\">Production Studies<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"ltr\"><em>se<\/em> concentre sur des \u00e9tudes <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">de cas situ\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Unis, <\/span><em><span dir=\"ltr\">The Sequel&#160;!<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"ltr\">ouvre la discussion \u00e0 l\u2019international, afin <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">de prendre en compte la nature <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">mondialis\u00e9e du cin\u00e9ma.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Le s\u00e9minaire \u00ab&#160;Production Cin\u00e9matographique et Transculturation&#160;\u00bb propose de faire des <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes consubstantiels \u00e0 l\u2019internationalisation de la production cin\u00e9matographique le sujet<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">m\u00eame de ses <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">discuss<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">En envisageant la notion de culture de production dans un cadre mondialis\u00e9, de nouvelles questions se posent, qui <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ont trait \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 culturelle et aux contacts entre cultures. Chaque professionnel.le de cin\u00e9ma appara\u00eet ainsi <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">comme un \u00eatre d\u2019emb<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">l\u00e9e pluriculturel, dont l\u2019identit\u00e9 croise deux cultures de production&#160;: une culture li\u00e9e \u00e0 son <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">m\u00e9tier et une culture li\u00e9e \u00e0 son pays, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tant elle<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">m\u00eame m\u00e9di\u00e9e par la seconde. La mondialisation am\u00e8ne <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">de plus en plus ces professionnel.les \u00e0 travail<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ler en contexte multiculturel, en particulier dans le cadre des <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">coproductions, des productions d\u00e9localis\u00e9es, et des circulations entra\u00een\u00e9es par une production mondialement <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">dispers\u00e9e. Au sein de ces lieux de travail, les professionnel.les se retrouvent dans <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">des situations de communication <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">interculturelles, o\u00f9 iels jouent avec les codes culturels. Pluriculturalisme, multiculturalisme et interculturalit\u00e9 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">permettent de concevoir l\u2019individu, le contexte et les situations de communication. Ce qui se passe \u00e0 l\u2019end<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">roit du <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">contact interculturel vient transformer non seulement l\u2019individu dans son identit\u00e9 et la repr\u00e9sentation qu\u2019iel s\u2019en <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">fait, mais \u00e9galement les cultures en pr\u00e9sence.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Le travail en contexte multiculturel des professionnel.les de cin\u00e9ma <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">vient ainsi cr\u00e9e<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">r une zone de contact&#160;: non seulement les diff\u00e9rentes cultures s\u2019influent mutuellement mais cet <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">\u00e9change entra\u00eene \u00ab&#160;la cr\u00e9ation post\u00e9rieure de nouveaux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes culturels&#160;\u00bb (Ortiz, 1940). Bronis\u0142aw <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Malinowksi r\u00e9sume ainsi la notion de \u00ab&#160;transculturation&#160;\u00bb<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">propos\u00e9e par Fernando Ortiz&#160;: \u00ab&#160;toute transculturation <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">est un processus dans lequel on donne toujours quelque chose en \u00e9change de ce que l\u2019on re\u00e7oit&#160;; c\u2019est comme le <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">dit l\u2019expression, du \u2018donnant, donnant.\u2019 C\u2019est un processus dans lequel les deux parties <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">de l\u2019\u00e9quation sont modifi\u00e9es. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Un processus duquel \u00e9merge une nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9, composite et complexe&#160;; une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui n\u2019est pas un amalgame <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">m\u00e9canique de caract\u00e8res, ni m\u00eame une mosa\u00efque, plut\u00f4t un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne nouveau, original et ind\u00e9pendant&#160;\u00bb (Ortiz, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">1940)<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Afin de saisir les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d\u2019\u00e9changes cultures complexes et vari\u00e9s en jeu dans l\u2019industrie mondialis\u00e9e, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">le s\u00e9minaire \u00ab&#160;Production Cin\u00e9matographique et Transculturation propose de rassembler des chercheur.es autour <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">de la question suivante<\/span><\/span>&#160;:<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"page3R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Quels proce<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ssus de transculturation se jouent lorsque les professionnel.les de cin\u00e9ma travaillent en <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">contexte multiculturel&#160;?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Les \u00e9tudes de cas o\u00f9 apparaissent ces processus de transculturation sont multiples. On peut penser \u00e0 quatre lieux <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">multiculturels particuli\u00e8<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">rement propices \u00e0 l\u2019observation&#160;:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"page3R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Co<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">productions<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Comment les coproductions influent<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">elles sur les pratiques des producteurs et du personnel technico<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">artistique&#160;? <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Les n\u00e9gociations font<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">elles appara\u00eetre des rapports de pouvoir entre soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de production et <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">comment celles<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ci <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">affectent<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">elles les choix en termes de cr\u00e9ation (choix sc\u00e9naristiques, casting, etc.) et d\u2019organisation (contrats, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">organisation du travail, etc.)&#160;? Peut<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">on parler d\u2019une typologie des mod\u00e8les de coproductions transculturelles&#160;? La <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">proximi<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">t\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique, culturelle et\/ou linguistique y joue<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">t<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">elle un r\u00f4le central&#160;? Le r\u00f4le nouveau jou\u00e9 dans le <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">monde par les plateformes \u00e9tasuniennes en mati\u00e8re de co<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">production bouleverse<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">t<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">il l\u2019organisation du m\u00e9tier et <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">les horizons d\u2019attente cr\u00e9atifs&#160;?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"page3R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Productions mondialement dispers\u00e9es<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Le pays d\u2019accueil doit<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">il modifier ses habitudes de travail pour attirer et fid\u00e9liser les productions \u00e9trang\u00e8res&#160;? Quel <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">est l\u2019impact \u00e0 long terme de tournages d\u00e9localis\u00e9s sur les pratiques professionnelles du pays d\u2019accu<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">eil (temps de <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">travail, modalit\u00e9s de communication, respect de l\u2019environnement, etc.)&#160;? Est<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ce que le mod\u00e8le de production <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">mondialement dispers\u00e9e entra\u00eene une homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation ou une fragmentation des pratiques (production, tournage, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">post<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">production)&#160;?
