Comme solution rapide \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, les enseignants et les \u00e9tudiants se sont retrouv\u00e9s, du jour au lendemain, contraints \u00e0 quitter leur zone de confort et \u00e0 explorer de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes d\u2019enseignement et d\u2019apprentissage. Pendant le confinement, et avec les moyens du bord, les enseignants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9s de concevoir et de donner des cours en ligne, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 et reste encore l\u2019alternative la plus op\u00e9rationnelle pour garantir la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement. Les derniers rapports soulignent que les universit\u00e9s, dans leurs efforts consentis pour enseigner \u00e0 distance, ont relev\u00e9 plusieurs d\u00e9fis, entre autres, celui de la communication, de l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, de la charge financi\u00e8re, de l\u2019impr\u00e9paration technique chez les enseignants et de l\u2019autogestion d\u00e9faillante chez les \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit de tous les aspects n\u00e9gatifs de l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance, plusieurs conceptions ont vu le jour apr\u00e8s la crise. La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de l\u2019utilisation des technologies de l\u2019enseignement, la demande tr\u00e8s forte et l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation tr\u00e8s large de ces technologies n\u2019ont pas seulement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 le manque d\u2019\u00e9quipement des \u00e9tablissements de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale, mais ont \u00e9galement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 leur insertion l\u00e9gitime dans le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif et p\u00e9dagogique universitaire. Ainsi, le d\u00e9bat ne devrait plus porter sur la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019adopter l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance, mais sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019en assurer durablement la qualit\u00e9 pour en faire une marque distinctive.<\/p>\n<p>Le plus important est d\u2019\u00e9laborer une conception d\u2019urgence de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur post-pand\u00e9mique&#160;; laquelle conception devrait prendre en consid\u00e9ration les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience actuelle\u00a0en \u00e9tudiant ses avantages et ses inconv\u00e9nients, en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 une mise au point portant sur les atouts des techniques investies et en anticipant sur les d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 venir. Il serait donc n\u00e9cessaire pour l\u2019universit\u00e9 (corps enseignant et laboratoires de recherches) d\u2019examiner les retomb\u00e9es de cette nouvelle conception, \u00e0 court et \u00e0 long termes, de restructurer l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de l\u2019enseignement et de voir comment y impliquer tous les op\u00e9rateurs. Les formateurs, les p\u00e9dagogues et les sp\u00e9cialistes des sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de l\u2019enseignement devraient engager une r\u00e9flexion critique sur cette exp\u00e9rience, chercher des techniques et des mod\u00e8les susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance. Du point de vue recherche, les perspectives scientifiques devraient se tourner vers l\u2019\u00e9laboration de projets et l\u2019adoption de propositions et de solutions scientifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Ce congr\u00e8s est une occasion pour les pratiquants, les chercheurs et les professeurs de partager leurs exp\u00e9riences et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus au sujet de la COVID 19. Les contributeurs doivent d&rsquo;abord montrer clairement la pertinence de leurs propositions par rapport au th\u00e8me de la conf\u00e9rence, d\u2019en souligner ensuite les objectifs retenus.<br \/>\nLes contributeurs doivent \u00e9galement pr\u00e9ciser le contexte de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, notamment l\u2019objectif, la probl\u00e9matique, les questions, les instruments, la conception de la recherche, et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus.
