Enseigner \u00e0 distance un cours con\u00e7u \u00e0 l\u2019origine pour \u00eatre donn\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sentiel est un d\u00e9fi de taille (Bonfils, 2020&#160;; Villiot-Leclercq, 2020) dans tous les champs disciplinaires, m\u00eame si chacun a ses propres sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s. La crise s\u2019installe dans le temps et diff\u00e9rentes modalit\u00e9s sont exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es, du tout distanciel \u00e0 l&rsquo;hybride en passant par le comodal (Gobeil-Proulx, 2019&#160;; Naffi, 2020). Au-del\u00e0 des questions sp\u00e9cifiques des dispositifs techniques alternant pr\u00e9sentiel et distanciel, les enseignants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de personnalisation des parcours, d\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des niveaux, ou encore de passivit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants. R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces probl\u00e9matiques a pu \u00eatre source d&rsquo;innovation, mais aussi occasionner de la frustration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\">Les modalit\u00e9s de l\u2019enseignement majoritairement \u00e0 distance en temps de crise posent des questionnements sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 la communication&#160;: sur la prise de parole, l\u2019expression de soi, la collaboration ou encore l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019oral. Par ailleurs, la crise sanitaire a oblig\u00e9 enseignants et \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les outils num\u00e9riques dans leur quotidien. Mais au-del\u00e0 des enseignements, c\u2019est toute la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui s\u2019est empar\u00e9e des outils num\u00e9riques pour compenser la distanciation sociale, sollicitant massivement les comp\u00e9tences informationnelles et la culture num\u00e9rique (Cardon, 2019) de la population, dans les situations de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ou de loisirs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\">Cet appel \u00e0 contribution interroge le basculement \u00e0 distance des cours de communication dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et propose de dresser un bilan critique et r\u00e9flexif sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des enseignants et la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9tudiants vivent ce mode d\u2019apprentissage. Trois questionnements seront \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier&#160;:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"fr\">Quelles sont les transformations dans l\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019enseignement amen\u00e9es par le contexte de pand\u00e9mie&#160;?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"fr\">En quoi le recours massif aux outils num\u00e9riques dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et dans le monde professionnel en particulier influe-t-il les contenus d\u2019enseignement en communication&#160;?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"fr\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;aune des enseignements \u00e0 distance, de ses limites et de ses emp\u00eachements, quelles sont les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;enseignement de la communication et de son n\u00e9cessaire appui sur une interaction en pr\u00e9sentiel&#160;?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\">Sur l\u2019axe des transformations de l\u2019activit\u00e9 enseignante, les contributions pourront prendre la forme de comptes rendus d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience ou de recherches-actions. Plusieurs approches sont possibles&#160;: le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel des enseignants, l\u2019innovation p\u00e9dagogique, la conception de ressources, le travail collaboratif ou encore les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation\u2026 Dans tous les cas, il conviendra de d\u00e9velopper une d\u00e9marche r\u00e9flexive prenant, si possible, appui sur la litt\u00e9rature scientifique. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\">Concernant les contenus d\u2019enseignement, les propositions pourront se pencher sur la question de l\u2019\u00e9volution des cultures d\u2019entreprise en termes de communication comme la digitalisation du recrutement (Cousserand-Blin &amp; Pin\u00e8de, 2018) ou le recours accru aux r\u00e9unions distantes. On peut en effet se demander en quoi ces \u00e9volutions professionnelles peuvent modifier les contenus d\u2019enseignement autour des techniques de recherche d\u2019emploi ou encore de la communication organisationnelle par exemple. La question de la culture num\u00e9rique des \u00e9tudiants comme objet d\u2019enseignement pourrait donner lieu \u00e0 des contributions. En effet, les plateformes mobilis\u00e9es pour les enseignements ont pu contribuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des \u00e9critures plurim\u00e9dias ou \u00e0 int\u00e9grer de l\u2019hypertextualit\u00e9 (Marcoccia, 2016&#160;; Penloup, 2017) dans les \u00e9changes entre \u00e9tudiants ou avec les enseignants. Enfin, le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences transversales, comme le travail en autonomie particuli\u00e8rement important pour la r\u00e9ussite des \u00e9tudiants dans un contexte d\u2019isolement, peut \u00e9galement faire l\u2019objet de propositions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\">Le dernier axe pourra aborder les questions des limites techniques (connexion, interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9\u2026) et de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique des \u00e9tudiants, les questions d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 que g\u00e9n\u00e8re celle-ci (Naffi et al., 2020) ou encore les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation (plagiat, tricherie). Les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019implication et de motivation des \u00e9tudiants dans le contexte d\u2019un enseignement \u00e0 distance subi sont \u00e9galement une piste possible. Les propositions ne devront pas se limiter \u00e0 poser un constat subjectif, mais devront \u00e9tayer leur point de vue sur une collecte de donn\u00e9es ou t\u00e9moigner d\u2019une d\u00e9marche d\u2019objectivation. Les analyses pourront s\u2019accompagner de propositions pour contourner les limites identifi\u00e9es ou encore mettre en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des interactions en pr\u00e9sentiel pour certains enseignements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\">Ce th\u00e8me, qui se veut largement ouvert, n\u2019est exclusif d\u2019aucun champ acad\u00e9mique (sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, sciences du langage, sciences de l\u2019information et de la communication, sciences cognitives, sociologie, psychologie, lettres et arts, sciences de la gestion). Deux formats pourront \u00eatre propos\u00e9s&#160;: un format court (20\u2009000 signes environ), pour les analyses de pratiques et un format plus long (35\u2009000 signes) pour les articles th\u00e9oriques. Indiquer le format retenu dans la proposition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr\">Les propositions d\u2019article (3000 signes maximum), accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019une br\u00e8ve bibliographie (Style APA 7e ed.) et d\u2019une courte pr\u00e9sentation du r\u00e9dacteur doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9es avant le 1er\u00a0mars 2021.
